Convo Certi-ie, Degree
I am not a good info gatherer, but this is what i've understood after being at Kalina today.
1.The certis "will be available" after 3rd July.
2.They will cost 200something and the price will go up by 100 after a month.
3.They are to be collected from branches of The Bank of Maharashtra. A list of the branches is put up in a building at Kalina at least. I am only sure that the branch at fort is one of them.
A list of the branches is with Farida, along with exact info, so i'll check with her and update this post.

Going by Chitrak's "mass mail" about the Convo Certi's, the following correction is to be made -

um, dhun, you apply for the certi at the bank. ;)
Does anybody know where the Bank of Maharashtra branch is??
